Td5 Exhaust Manifold Stud Kits
Both our Land Rover Td5 exhaust manifold stud kits come with all the gaskets required, new turbo nuts and even an M8 tap to help clean out the threads.
A warped exhaust manifold on Td5 engines is very common, especially on tuned or hard working vehicles. Our studs kits use bespoke engineering studs which have more thread going into the head. The studs are much longer than the standard Land Rover studs which helps with heat dissipation.
We offer two kits, a heavy duty kit and our Ultimate kit.
Both kits use stainless steel Aerotight locking nuts for extra security.
Our Ultimate kit comes with extra long studs and stainless steel spacers with further aid with heat stress management. This kit is recommended for vehicles running over 200bhp.
