We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible in-line with your selected shipping option. Please find below and explanation of each shipping option.
STANDARD EXPRESS DELIVERY
DHL provide express delivery for all our orders worldwide. To ensure your order is collected from us the same day for next day delivery please place your order before 1200hrs. Orders placed after this time MAY still leave us the same day if we already have a DHL collection booked, but we cannot guarantee this. If your order is urgent then it is best to speak to us about the quickest delivery method.
Managing your order. You will receive a notification when you order has been booked with DHL. From there you can track the progress of your order, change the delivery and more.
If you have any queries regarding your order you can always contact us.
If hazardous items such as aerosols in your basket we can only send the order via certain couriers, and this will be the only shipping option displayed.
If other parts of your order are urgent then please consider splitting your order.
ORDERS OVER 60KG
For all orders over 60kg please contact us for a shipping quotation. The estimated weight of your order will be shown at the bottom of the basket page.
If you are seeing “Local Collection” as the only shipping option then you have most likely not yet entered a delivery address or you have exceeded 60kg.
DHL Worldwide provide worldwide shipping for all our international orders.
We are adding countries to our automated shipping system but if your country is not listed at checkout please contact us for a shipping quote – we will need to know your full address and a list of the parts you require. We can ship anywhere in the world.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that there may be import duties or other taxes required to be paid at the receiving country. Any additional charges are your responsibility so please check before ordering.
The option of Local Collection is available for ALL orders. Please place your order as normal and we will let you know when it is ready to collect. You can also contact us via email or Facebook to discuss collecting your order. Please do not come to collect your order until you have been advised it is ready to collect.
We can often facilitate evening and weekend collections however we cannot guarantee out of hours collections – please contact us prior to placing your order if your order is urgent. We do try our best but we cannot always be available.
If you have selected Local Collection by mistake then please contact us and we can arrange the delivery manually.
