COVID-19 Information

With ongoing uncertainty around the COVID-19 pandemic we want to reassure you that the safety of our team and our customers is of the utmost importance. By following strict hygiene protocols we are able to operate safely, allowing our customer deliveries to remain unaffected.

As things progress we will amend our policy as we see fit and in line with UK Government guidelines. You can keep updated with our latest information regarding COVID-19 here. You can also contact us if you have any queries.

Can I still order online?

Yes. There are no changes to how our customers can shop with us online.

What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Our warehouse:

Our warehouse team are following strict hygiene protocols, including washing their hands more frequently and ensuring thorough cleaning of the warehouse and our products. Our warehouse team has also implemented social distancing measures and do not come into direct contact with each other or our office team.

Our delivery carriers:

All of our carriers have deployed similar hygiene and contact practices and we continue to work closely with them as new information becomes available. They all now offer no-signed deliveries, where they will no longer ask you to sign for your parcel.

Do you have a no-contact delivery process in place?

Yes. All of our carriers have the ability to deliver with no contact. Let them know that you would like for this to happen when they contact you to arrange delivery, or when they arrive at your address.

Can I change my delivery time/location?

As before, you will be able to request delivery on a convenient day and to a safe place with most of our carriers.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, but please do not just turn up for it.  All orders must be placed on in advance and we will contact you when the order is ready so we can arrange a collection time.  If you are ordering something we do not have in stock we will send you an invoice.

What is your in-store policy?

Until further notice, no customers are permitted in the office and a minimum 2m social distancing is required in the workshop.

We have hygiene gels and sprays available for customer use and our team are well equipped with gloves and masks.

Card or contactless payment is preferred.

What about engine remaps?

We can still carry out remaps however as you would expect there are some changes.

  • only 1 person may attend remaps.  You are welcome to have a friend follow you in another vehicle but they must wait in their vehicle.  We currently have no designated waiting area and no customer toilet facilities
  • as above no customers are permitted in the office and 2m distancing is required in the workshop – max 1 customer at a time.  Children are not permitted on site.
  • please empty your vehicle of any masks, gloves, tissues or used cups etc and place them in the boot of the car or dispose of them safely in a bin (not our bin)
  • only 1 person in vehicles
  • once our work is complete your vehicle will be sanitised/wiped down
 
Please do not turn up with your whole family or a bunch of mates.  We will just turn you all away and your remap may be cancelled as a result.

COVID-19

At present we can only accept pre-booked visits to our premises.  Please do not just turn up.
