Competition Terms and conditions
- The competition is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and ROI residents and excludes employees of Twinwoods 4×4 and their immediate family members or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
- The competition opens on 16st August 2020 and ends on 19th September 2020 at midnight for receipt of all entries.
- How to enter:
- Like and follow the Twinwoods 4×4 Instagram page @twinwoods4x4
- Post a photo of your own Landrover on Instagram along with the hashtag #Twinwoods4x4
- You can post as many times as you want and each entry will be considered. However there will only be one winning photo selected.
- By entering you are agreeing that Twinwoods 4×4 can use your submitted photo and Instagram post for promotional purposes including but not limited to inclusion in the September e-newsletter.
- Twinwoods 4×4 will select one qualifying picture as the winner.
- Prizes: Thee will be just one winner selected who will win a xxx
- The Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part.
- Twinwoods 4×4’s decisions regarding all competition matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into the selection of winners.
- The winner will be announced in the September e-newsletter on the 20th of September.
- Winners may be asked to take part in further publicity.
- By participating in the competition the entrants’ license and grants the promoter an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Participants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use where the moral rights in respect of the content are theirs to assert. Participants warrant that the materials contain no copyright materials, are their original works, have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any third party and they have full authority to grant these rights.
- Twinwoods 4×4 reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- Twinwoods 4×4 will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.
